It was all challenging and very interactive. Jane ensured all of us would follow the right postures and breathing techniques for the best outcome.

I have never felt so relieved and energetic with any other form of exercise. All of the exercises/postures helped me realize the constraints in my body, and with practice I was able to be more flexible this relieved a lot of the stress I felt in my muscles. Not just physically but I was also able to focus more mentally which otherwise I would be easily distracted.

"A mutual friend recommended Jane to help with some long-standing issues in my marriage. I knew Jane was trained in NVC, but honestly, this wasn’t a selling point as I’ve had mixed experiences with NVC trainers and practitioners.

Jane is different. She is a master at compassionate listening and creating a space where everyone's feelings and needs are respected. I’m someone who is often more sensitive to others’ perspectives than to my own and I think I learned more about myself through sessions with Jane than through decades of mediation, reading, and reflecting.

"I cannot say enough great things about Jane. She introduced me to Yoga and now I’m a big fan of it. She came to our company and gave a 60 minutes long Yoga class once a week. I haven’t done Yoga in the past but Jane helped me to get started well. Not only is she knowledgable, helpful, and thorough; she is friendly, warm, and a general joy to be around. In Jane’s class, she included both physical pose practice and spiritual sense sharing, which benefited me from both physical and mental cultivation. "I recommended Jane to my company as Yoga instructor for the employees there with the goal of boosting wellness and productivity.
